Pococks ABV's next 2-a-side tournament provisional date is the 7th November 2010

Pococks Action Beach Volleyball is an indoor beach volleyball arena with four indoor beach volleyball courts. We cater for 6-a-side and 4-a-side leagues from Monday to Thursday evenings, but to keep the more ambitious players happy, we host monthly 2-a-side tournaments.

We run both A-League and B-League Tournaments at the same time.

• The A-League is for men’s teams with an advanced level of skill. 
• The B-League is for ladies teams, mixed teams or beginner or intermediate men’s teams.
• The A-League is played on a men’s height net whilst the B-League is played on the ladies height net. 
• Tournament formats are adjusted to the number of teams in order to allow us to complete the tournaments in one day.
• The tournament format usually starts off with a 2 pools playing a round robin in each and then knock-out Semis & Finals
• We have a fully licensed bar and serve light meals throughout the day
• We also have large male & female change rooms & showers
• To pass the time when not playing, we have a Pool Table, Table Soccer, Darts Board and a poker room & table
• We also have a number of TV's with DSTV showing 2 channels at the same time.
