FIVB change Setting Rule

FIVB make changes to the Setting Rule

Recently i have been in a number of conversations / debates regarding the new setting rules. Personally i feel that the change in rule is a bad decision as i believe that it does NOT enhance the experience for player, referee or spectator. In recent times (20 years or so) there have been a number of other rule changes implimented by the FIVB, but again, in my opinion, each of those changes had a positive impact on the game.
