What better way to optimize the working relationships within your company, than by your staff all becoming friends? Becoming friends is an easy feat when facilitated through fun activities such as sports and socializing. We facilitate both for you.

More About Us

Pococks is an indoor, beach facility that has been running since 2006. It is a family business run by it's owners, husband and wife, Colin and Kirsten Pocock. As a team, Kirsten and Colin brought different corporate skills to the partnership but they both shared a passion for beach volleyball. It is this passion that has driven them to share this wonderful sport in a variety of ways such as the following list of business services Pococks offers: The Main Functions of the business are the following:

- - Beach Volleyball Leagues (Monday to Thursday Evenings)
  - Beach Volleyball Tournaments (Private, Regional & National)
  - Sports Development Programs
  - Team Building (Fun & Active)
  - Year End Parties (For something other than a standard restaurant)
  - Corporate Events (Product Launches, Awards Ceremonies, Conferences)
  - Special Theme Parties
  - Children’s Birthday Parties
  - Adult Birthday Parties (21st, 40th's, 50th's etc)
  - Bachelor or Bachelorette parties
  - Large Events (up to 1500 people)

Beach Sports have been recognized as some of the best tools for team building. We can run a variety of sports and can cater from 4 players up to 18 players in each activity. Beach Volleyball is our specialty and we highly recommend this activity as it is a non-contact sport and played on soft sand, there are no worries of injuries. It is a great sport to build good inter-office relationships as it has an appeal to everyone. Beach volleyball is a great way to bring your “Rainbow staff” together as everybody will enjoy it, whether they are young or old, fit or not so fit, black or white, male or female or any shape or size. Due to it being a non-contact activity, it allows the ladies in the office to participate without fear of being hurt by over competitive men. Pococks Indoor Beach Volleyball is an indoor beach volleyball arena with three indoor beach volleyball courts. We developed our team building division to fill a necessary niche in the market where we can help people create a positive and productive work environment for employees and those around them. Please feel free to browse our web site for a number of galleries that will show you that we have the perfect venue whether you want to have a simple team building fun day or if you would like to go “all-out” with the party of the year. Our Facilities for team building include the following:

- - 3 x Indoor beach volleyball courts
  - Kitchen serving light meals, full meals or platters
  - Spacious, fully licensed sports bar
  - Large screens in bar area for presentations should there be more than 30 people (up to 120)
  - Outdoor smoking area
  - Large male & female change rooms & showers
  - Billiards Table, soccer table & Darts Board

Our Activities for team building are not limited to beach volleyball. We do offer other team building activities and we can structure each team building day around your needs. We are also not afraid to do something new and will include almost any new idea at your suggestion. Following is a list of our current team building activities:
